All drivers possess valid certificates of good conduct, driver’s license, and are medically insured.

All the cars undergo regular mechanical inspection. All certifications inclusive of PSV license, Road license, Comprehensive Insurance are valid.
Travelers are picked up from their designated pick up points straight to their destination.

PBT through its airport representatives, Tradewinds Limited, operates an office at the airport. We can provide at the disposal of your travelers, the time saving convenience of Meet and Assist/VIP services.
Our Meet and Assist representatives will:-
- Welcome the travelers upon arrival and departure
- Assist with baggage claim
- Escort travelers to the appropriate ground transportation.
- Resolve seating discrepancies for continuing flights prior to airport arrival
- In the event of flight delays/cancellations, the Meet and Assist representative will:-
- Book alternative reservations.
- Ensure protection of bookings already made for our clients.
- Reconfirm/cancel hotel reservations.
- Call ahead to inform of change in traveler’s plans.
This service is provided for on request basis and at a cost of US$ 25.00 for all regional and international tickets issued by us.
7. 24-Hour Emergency Service Centre– Local/ International
PBT operates a 24-hour emergency service. Our Senior Managers and staff are on call after working hours and during the weekend and public holidays to deal with any travel related emergencies. Hotline numbers are circulated to clients on a regular basis.
8. PBT Emergency Criteria
Emergency’ is defined as – Urgent booking requests that cannot be handled by the client branch, normally for the same day, next working day, over weekends & Public Holidays. The following Principal services are provided by the centre:
- Reservations of Airline Tickets, hotel accommodation or car rental
- Purchase of Airline Tickets (using credit card)
- Emergency Medical/repatriation assistance
- E-ticketing service
- Modification of initial travel schedules
- Assistance in case of lost luggage
Last Minute/Emergency Ticket Requirements
Travel plans often change unexpectedly, making short notice or en route ticketing a must. In these instances, Pacific Blue Travel and Tours Limited utilizes the following methods:
Our emergency Duty staff will issue tickets
Airport Meet & Assist Staff will deliver tickets on departure at JKIA
Reservations through our satellite branch or issued at our main branch office
Vaccination and Health requirements as per your itinerary

Lost ticket assistance
PBT is able to arrange locally, travel insurance with American International Group (AIG) and UAP Insurance. PBT will charge a minimal facilitation fee plus you will pay the actual Insurance costs being taken by the traveler.
PBT can facilitate the provision of all types of cars ranging from saloon cars, minivans, and 4WDs, VIP cars e.g. Mercedes Benzes, Toyota Lexus Saloon and Land cruiser Prados. The cars are clean and in good mechanical condition, comprehensively insured and PSV licensed.
